These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AITO Auto website, the My AITO mobile application, our showrooms, and any related services provided by PPM (Performance Plus Motors) as the authorized AITO dealer in the United Arab Emirates. By accessing our website, using our app, booking a test drive, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

AITO Auto is operated by PPM (Performance Plus Motors), the authorized dealer for AITO vehicles in the UAE. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to PPM. References to “you” or “your” refer to the user of our website, app, or services.

You agree to use our website and the My AITO app only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, servers, or networks.

We make every effort to ensure that vehicle specifications, pricing, images, colors, and features displayed on our website and app are accurate and up to date. However:

4. Test Drives and Bookings

Booking a test drive or service appointment through our website or app is subject to availability and confirmation by our team. 6. My AITO App

Use of the My AITO app is subject to these Terms and any additional in-app terms. Certain app features (such as remote vehicle functions or navigation) may require an active vehicle connection, account registration, and a stable internet connection. We are not liable for interruptions to app functionality arising from network issues, device compatibility, or factors outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and app, including but not limited to logos, vehicle designs, images, text, and software, is the property of AITO, PPM, or their respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written consent.
